Off Road Designs Warranty
1. 12 Month Manufacturers Warranty
All Products manufactured for Off Road Designs come with a 12 Month Warranty against manufacturing defects. If the Product/s, when used in accordance with the “Instructions for use” provided with the Product/s, fails due to faulty manufacture, within 12 months from the date of the original purchase, we will replace it at no cost to you. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product/s repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is given in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under Australian law. If the damage to the Product/s is found, upon inspection by us, to be caused by wear and tear; abuse; misuse; accidental impact/s with a other objects; or the Product/s has/have been modified or altered in any way; or the Product/s, though damaged, is/are still intact, serviceable and capable of performing its/their intended function, and is/are not faulty, we will offer to replace the Product/s at your cost.
2. Procedure for Warranty Claims
Please contact us by: Phone: 0488 069731. Email: email@example.com and tell us the reason for your Warranty Claim and, if possible, provide images of the Product/s in question. Provide us with the date of purchase and your “Proof of purchase”. Re-pack the entire Product/s ready for shipping and arrange for the Product/s to be returned to us at 14 Reef St Thornlands Brisbane 4164. (we will refund your freight costs only for returns of faulty Products subject to Clauses 1 & 3). If the Product is found by us to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund (as applicable), normally within 7 working days of receipt of the Product (this may take longer in some cases).
3. Limitations on Refunds
We cannot accept the return of any Product that has been used, unless it is faulty and returned in accordance with the procedure outlined above. If an item is returned in the following condition/s, you will not receive a refund. 1. Does not match the Product you purchased 2. Is found to be not faulty as claimed, or failure was due to non-compliance with the Product instructions 3. Is missing components 4. Has been modified or altered in any way 5. Has been used (unless returned as faulty) We will charge you an administration fee and return the item to you at your expense. If you have paid using a credit card, any refund will also be given via credit to your credit card account for the amount in question. We will refund your freight costs for the return of any Product which is faulty and returned in accordance with the procedure outlined above, or if the return is due to an error on our part, less the freight costs of sending replacement items. This includes the freight costs included in your original invoice, and the freight costs of returning the Product to us. We will not refund freight costs where you have returned non-faulty Products, or not complied with the Procedure for Warranty Claims outlined in Clause 2 above. If we send you a replacement Product, and you have already been refunded for the freight costs included on your original invoice, we will charge you separately for the freight costs of sending the replacement Product.
