How do you treat my private information?

We are very careful with you private details and do not store your credit card details under any circumstances. We do retain your details for customer service reasons but we do not under any circumstances sell or distribute your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Can I get a discount for buying multiple items?

Yes, we are able to offer you great discounts if you purchase multiple items that are the same or from the same product group. If you have special requirements then please give our sales staff a call and we’ll give you a custom quote.

Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?

Yes we will accept the goods back, as long as it is within the first 7 days of purchase and the product has not been unpacked or used.

What if my purchase is faulty or isn’t as promised?

If the goods are faulty they will be replaced or repaired as per the manufacturer’s warranty. If the goods show up and they are not as described or for whatever reason we will take them back under our 7 day return policy as long as they have not been opened or used.

Where do you deliver?

Currently we deliver all over Australia and to the U.S.

Through Australia post, couriers please and Hunter Express.
